Care Guide

Taking a little care in everyday use can help your bag keep its shape, appearance and function for longer.

Because materials and finishes may differ between products, always consider the specific care information provided with the relevant item.

1. Everyday Use

Avoid overloading the bag or placing excessive pressure on straps, handles, closures or other parts.

Keep sharp, rough or leaking items away from the interior and exterior surfaces where possible.

2. Cleaning

For general surface cleaning, use a soft, clean cloth and gentle handling.

Avoid harsh chemicals, bleach, strong detergents or unsuitable cleaning products unless specifically recommended for the product.

Do not soak the bag or place it in a washing machine unless the relevant care information clearly states that this is suitable.

3. Water and Moisture

Avoid prolonged exposure to rain, high humidity or other sources of moisture.

If the bag becomes wet, gently remove excess moisture and allow it to dry naturally in a well-ventilated area.

Avoid direct heat sources when drying.

4. Storage

When not in use, store the bag in a dry, ventilated place away from prolonged direct sunlight, heat or excessive pressure.

Avoid placing heavy objects on top of the bag for long periods.

Where appropriate, lightly filling the bag can help support its shape during storage.

5. Colour and Surface Care

Contact with dark clothing, rough surfaces, liquids, cosmetics or other materials may affect the surface or transfer colour.

Take additional care with lighter shades and products with special surface finishes.

Natural changes may occur gradually through normal use.

6. Hardware, Straps and Closures

Use zips, buckles, straps and other fittings with normal care.

Avoid excessive pulling, twisting or pressure.

If a closure becomes difficult to use, do not force it.

7. Normal Wear

A bag may gradually show signs of use over time.

Changes caused by normal wear, handling, storage and everyday use are different from manufacturing or product-conformity issues.
